- Step 1: Click here to register as a Site Coordinator.

- Step 2: Register for Training.
Site Coordinator Training. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to register for Site Coordinator training. If you cannot attend the December training, let Miren know.
Client Coordinator Training. If you have not taken Client Coordinator training, you are encouraged to take it. Click here to register.
Reviewer Training: If you are also a reviewer, you must take the training required for reviewers. Click here.
First Year Tax Law. Encouraged if you are not a reviewer. Contact miren@communitytaxaiddc.org to register.
- Step 3: Complete these 2 IRS exams online: (1) Volunteer Standards of Conduct and (2) Intake & Interview exam. These exams which should take 15-60 minutes. (Click here for certification instructions.)
- Step 4: Attend Site Coordinator (and other) training classes.
